Algorithm & Ranking

The ranking system of UGC.NL consists of four ranks. These ranks provide an at-a-glance insight into the experience, reliability, and performance of our creators. This way, we help clients easily find a creator that fits their project goals and budget.

In addition, within the platform, besides the ranks, there are also special badges that creators can earn. These badges are awarded exclusively manually by the UGC.NL team.

The Ambassador badge is the highest distinction and places a creator at the very top of the leaderboard.

In this way, we reward well-performing creators with higher visibility within the algorithm and make it easier for clients to quickly find talented creators.

Ranking
After completing or canceling an order, clients can leave a star rating. This ensures transparency and a clear expectation for both parties. The ratings are visible in multiple places within the platform and help users in making their choice.

The ranking of creators is determined based on several factors:

• Star ratings from clients
• Response time to the first message from a client
• The percentage of orders successfully delivered

This combination creates a fair and reliable picture of a creator’s performance.

The average rating of a creator is displayed to the right of the profile picture.

Find Creators page
The average rating is shown next to the profile picture. Clients can filter here based on star scores from one to five stars.
