  • For Brands/Creators - 2FA & Notifications

    After registering with UGC.NL, we use two-factor authentication (2FA) when logging in. With each login attempt, a verification code is automatically sent to the linked email address.

    Two-factor authentication (2FA) cannot be disabled. This is a fixed security measure to provide extra protection for accounts.

    Our platform generates various notifications for important events. These notifications are divided into two types: internal and external notifications.

     

    On the dashboard, both clients and creators can manage their email notifications via Settings → Notifications. Here they can easily indicate which notifications they want to receive or not.

    Note: certain emails, such as copies of invoices, are essential for administration and therefore cannot be disabled.

    Additionally, all marketing-related emails can be unsubscribed from at any time by using the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the respective emails. This way, everyone retains control over which communications they want to receive.

  • For Creators - Registration

    UGC.NL makes it easy for creators to register and receive assignments from companies. Through https://www.ugc.nl/registreren/creator, creators can quickly sign up and gain immediate access to the platform.

    During registration, we ask for some basic information needed for invoicing, communication, and to connect the right companies with creators within the same niche.

    After completing the registration, creators can immediately log in to their dashboard, where they are guided through an initial tutorial. This helps them quickly become familiar with the platform and make optimal use of all available features.

  • For Brands - Registration

    UGC.NL makes it easy for companies to register as clients. Through https://www.ugc.nl/registreren/bedrijf companies can quickly sign up and gain immediate access to the platform.

    During registration, we ask for some basic information needed for invoicing, communication, and linking relevant creators to the company.

    Once registration is complete, companies can start right away with finding suitable creators and posting assignments.

  • For Creators - Settings

    Within UGC.NL, creators can easily adjust their profile settings through various tabs:

    Finance
    In the Finance tab, creators can update their financial information.

    After acceptance, the creator indicates whether he/she is an entrepreneur. When a creator is an entrepreneur and uses the KOR scheme (small business scheme), the KOR can be disabled here and a start date can be specified. This determines whether the creator receives VAT or not.

    For consumer merchants, it is possible to update address details here.

    Information
    In the Information tab, creators can update their personal information, such as first and last name, address details, and other relevant data. Information such as gender and date of birth can also be adjusted here.

    Security
    Through the Security tab, the creator can change the password to ensure the account’s security.

    Notifications
    In the Notifications tab, notifications can be enabled or disabled. Some notifications, such as invoicing emails and credit notes, cannot be disabled.

    Additionally, the creator can:

    • Disable the last seen status and online status for the chat function

    • Mute notification sounds

    Other
    In the Other tab, the creator can delete the account or unsubscribe from the newsletter to stop receiving marketing emails.

  • For Brands - Settings

    Within UGC.NL, companies can easily adjust their profile settings through various tabs.

    Profile
    In the Profile tab, companies can update their basic information, such as:

    • First and last name of the contact person.
    • Email for communication and login.
    • Profile picture for the company.
    • Niches – selection from one of the niches.

    Finance
    In the Finance tab, companies can adjust their financial details, such as:

    • Chamber of Commerce (CoC) company name and address details.
    • Adding a VAT number.
    • Adjusting the billing email if desired.

    Security
    Through this tab, companies can easily change their password.

    Notifications
    The Notifications tab allows companies to enable or disable certain alerts. Some notifications, such as billing emails and credit notes, cannot be disabled. It is also possible to disable the last seen status & online status for the chat function. Additionally, you can turn off the sound for notifications here.

    Other
    In the Other tab, companies can delete their account or unsubscribe from the newsletter to stop receiving marketing emails.

  • For Creators - My Portfolio

    Every creator on UGC.NL has their own dedicated My Portfolio page. Through this page, creators can manage settings that are visible to companies.

    Profile Picture
    Via the My Portfolio page, creators can easily add or change their profile picture.

    Niches
    Creators can select the niches for which they want to create content. The available niches are:
    Beauty, Fashion, Food & Health, Tech, Pets, Fitness, Travel, Home & Interior, Recruitment, Family & Kids.

    Languages
    In the My Portfolio environment, creators can indicate which languages they speak. The available languages are:
    Dutch, Flemish, French, German, English, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Turkish, and Polish.

    About Me
    On the My Portfolio page, it is also possible for creators to edit their own biography.

    Highlight and Portfolio Videos
    Creators can upload 3 portfolio videos and 1 highlight video via the “My Portfolio” page. The highlight video is ultimately displayed on the “Find Creators” page. These highlight and portfolio videos are mandatory to be shown on the “Find Creators” page. It is required to upload at least 1 highlight and 1 portfolio video to be visible to clients.


    Packages
    Creators can set packages through their profile that clients can see when they visit their profile. This can be easily managed via the “Packages” function in the “My Portfolio” environment.

    Within UGC.NL, we offer 3 different packages, which are preset to encourage regular use of the platform. Each package contains different options. Each package is explained in more detail below:

    The Basic package is active by default. The Standard and Premium packages can be easily deactivated.

    Selection options (choice from fixed values):
    The creator chooses one option from the lists below:

    • Video length: 15s, 30s, 60s

    • Delivery time: 1–2, 3–5, 6–8, or 9–12 days

    • Number of revisions: 1, 2, or 3 per video

    Free input fields (with minimum value):
    The creator fills in a value themselves:

    • Price: from €59

    • Number of videos: from 1

    • Product photos: at own discretion (free choice)

    • Number of hooks: at own discretion (free choice)

    Checkable extras (add-ons):
    The creator chooses which add-ons to include:

    • Script & Briefing

    • Video Editing

    • Voice-over

    • Subtitles

    • Music

    • Raw content

    Availability
    Additionally, creators can set their availability via the “My Portfolio” tab, so clients can immediately see when they are available for new assignments.

     Creators can easily set their availability. When availability is set to inactive, they are not shown to clients & the "My Portfolio" packages are not available.
     

    Reviews
    When a client leaves a review about a creator, it automatically appears on My Portfolio as well. This way, potential clients can see at a glance how previous collaborations went and what others think of the work. It is a great way to build trust and let their experience speak.

  • For Brands/Creators - Invoices

    Invoices and Clear Management
    All invoices within UGC.NL are clear and easily accessible for both clients and creators.

    Invoices Tab
    Through the Invoices tab, both parties have direct access to all their invoices. These are generated automatically:

    • Clients receive a purchase invoice after payment

    • Creators receive a sales invoice as soon as the balance is paid out

    Features
    The following options are available within the Invoices tab:

    • View and download invoices via a button next to each invoice

    • Filter invoices by date to easily view a specific period

    • Automatic sending of invoices by email, with continued access via the Invoices tab

  • For Brands/Creators - Order Overview

    After purchasing a package by the client, the order is immediately added to the "Order" tab of both the client and the creator.

    Overview of the "Order" tab

    • Contains an overview of all orders from both clients and creators.
    • Provides insight into the status of each order.
    • Orders are sorted by date, with the most recent orders always at the top.

    This structured view ensures that both clients and creators always have quick access to their ongoing and completed orders. Orders can have 3 statuses:

    Both brands and creators can navigate to the specific order via the "View" button. Here, they have access to various important functionalities that ensure a smooth collaboration process.

    Cancel Order
    An order can be canceled at different times using the button above the order details. Clients can cancel the order if the deadline has passed or before the creator has confirmed that the product has been received.

    Creators can cancel the order at any time. In that case, the client automatically receives a refund.

  • For Brands/Creators - Chat function

    On UGC.NL, clients and creators can easily communicate with each other via the chat function. It offers various useful features, such as:

    Sending files, photos & videos
    Both clients and creators can easily share photos, videos, and other files through the chat. Ideal for discussing assignments in advance and exchanging examples or inspiration.

    Custom-made packages
    Creators can offer a custom-made package directly through the chat. With one click in their dashboard, they quickly put together a proposal that perfectly matches the client’s wishes. The client can then start and pay for the package immediately.

    Step 1 to 8: Basic package details
    When creating a package, you provide the following information:

    • Description – Describe as clearly as possible what the package includes.
    • Number of videos – Indicate how many videos you will deliver.
    • Length – Specify the length of the videos in the package.
    • Delivery time – Indicate how long you need to deliver the assignment.
    • Revisions – State how many revision rounds the client will receive.
    • Hooks – Indicate how many hooks you will deliver.
    • Product photos – How many product photos will you deliver?

    Step 9: Extra options
    Additionally, you can specify which extra options the package contains:

    • Script & Briefing – You create the script and briefing for the assignment yourself.
    • Subtitles – Do you offer subtitles?
    • Voice-over – You add a voice-over to the video(s).
    • Music – You add royalty-free music to the video(s).
    • Video editing – You deliver the fully edited video(s).
    • Raw content – I send the buyer all the separate, unedited clips.
       

    Step 10 & 11: Pricing and Overview
    After sending a package, the creator can withdraw the offer (in case of errors). 

    Useful chat features
    The chat offers various useful functions, such as: viewing online status and last seen, read receipts, replying directly to messages, deleting messages and chats, and viewing profiles.

    Online status & last seen
    Under the name of the person you are chatting with, you see information about their online status or when they were last active. You can disable this feature yourself via the settings.

    Read receipts
    When you have sent a message, you can see from the two checkmarks whether the other person has read your message.

    Direct reply
    On desktop, you can easily reply directly to a message via the arrow behind the message. On mobile, press and hold the message to reply.

    Deleting messages
    You can delete a message for both parties at any time. On desktop, hover your mouse over the message and then click the trash can icon. On mobile, press and hold your own message and then tap the trash can.

    View profile
    Clients can easily view a creator’s profile by clicking on the profile photo or name.

    Chat function monitoring
    The chat function has a keyword recognition system that generates alerts when specific data, such as phone numbers, email addresses, or other platforms, are mentioned. This helps to detect when contact might be taking place outside the platform.

  • For Creators - Dashboard

    Every creator on UGC.NL has access to a personal dashboard, where all important information is clearly displayed.


    Overview Widget

    The Overview Widget provides at a glance insight into:

    • Active orders → The amount of currently active orders.
    • Paid out → The total amount earned on UGC.NL and paid out to your bank account.
    • Pending → The amount ready for payment.

    Pending consists of all orders that have received the status "Completed" in the past week. You will receive this amount with the upcoming weekly payment to your bank account.

    Order Overview
    The Order Overview provides a clear and structured view of the most recent orders. Creators can immediately see which assignments are active and easily manage the progress.


    With the "All orders" button, they can quickly navigate to the full order overview.
