I've completed an order but haven't been paid yet. Why is that?
This may be because you haven't completed your KYC details yet. Log in to your account and go to your dashboard. There you'll see a notification saying “We need additional information”. Enter these details. Once this is done, you'll receive your payment within a maximum of 3 business days.
Do I have to pay to access the dashboard?
No, access to the dashboard is free. You only pay for the content you order from our creators.
How can I find the right creator for my project?
You can find the right creator by using the search function on our platform and applying filters based on your project needs. You can also review creators' portfolios and ratings to make an informed choice.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the delivered content?
At UGC.NL you're always entitled to revisions. You agree on the number of revisions together with the creator. Together we always aim for a great end result. Not satisfied? Money back.
I was rejected during my profile review. What does this mean?
Every creator is reviewed manually by our team. Based on various criteria, we decide whether a profile is approved. If your profile has been rejected, it means it currently doesn't meet our guidelines. You can adjust your profile later and have it reviewed again.
Do I have to pay to be listed as a creator on UGC.NL?
No, it's free for creators to register on UGC.NL and offer their services. We don't charge any fees for being listed as a creator on our platform.
