Creators - How long does it take to get approved

After you have created your profile, the UGC.NL team checks it manually. We look at whether your profile meets the requirements to start as a creator. The review usually takes a maximum of 7 business days.

When does the review start?

We review your profile as soon as you have uploaded your highlight video and at least one portfolio video. You will then see the message Profile review started! on your dashboard.

What do we check?

During the review, we look at, among other things:

• Your profile photo
• Your highlight video
• Your portfolio video
• The quality of your videos
• How complete your profile is

What happens after the review?

You will receive our decision by email.

• Approved: you can receive orders through the platform.
• Rejected: you will receive an email. It does not always include a reason. Upload new videos and we will automatically review your profile again.

Is it taking longer than 7 business days?

We aim for a maximum of 7 business days. When there are many applications, this is not always possible. Everyone gets their turn.

Good to know: a support ticket does not speed up the review. So there is no need to email us about it.
