As a creator, you want to know where you stand, how you can grow and why brands choose you. That's why UGC.NL uses a clear ranking system that groups creators based on experience and reviews.
The better your collaborations go, the stronger your position on the platform becomes. This way, you are rewarded for quality, reliability and working professionally.
In short
- There are four ranks: Explorer, Rookie, Rising Star and Trendsetter.
- Your rank depends on your number of completed orders and your average rating.
- The higher your rank, the more you receive per order and the higher you appear in Find Creators.
- Delivering on time and responding quickly also help you climb.
Which ranks are there?
Every creator falls within one rank. Your rank is updated automatically after every completed order and every new review.
| Rank | When do you reach this rank? | You receive |
|---|---|---|
 Explorer
|
New creator | 70% |
 Rookie
|
From 1 completed order | 70% |
 Rising Star
|
At least 10 completed orders and an average rating of 4 stars or higher | 72.5% |
 Trendsetter
|
At least 25 completed orders and an average rating of 4.7 stars or higher | 75% |
The You receive column shows which share of the package price you keep. Read more in Commission tiers.

What is the Ambassador badge?
Ambassador badge
Besides the four ranks, there is the Ambassador badge. This is not a rank, but a badge that UGC.NL awards to creators with a strong network who actively contribute to the community. When you receive the badge, you will get a notification.
- You appear at the top of the Find Creators search results
- Extra recognition from businesses
- Access to exclusive orders and events
- More opportunities to profile yourself as a creator and ambassador
What determines your position in Find Creators?
Your place in the search results doesn't only depend on your rank. We also look at your number of completed orders, your average rating and these two kinds of performance:
- Delivering on time: we track which percentage of your orders you deliver before the deadline. Businesses see this percentage on your profile under Delivered on time. The more often you deliver on time, the higher you can appear.
- Response time: the faster you reply to messages from businesses, the better. If you usually reply within an hour, that counts the most.
So by delivering on time and replying quickly, you increase not only your reliability, but also your visibility and your chance of new orders.
Where do you see your rank?
- On your dashboard, Your rank shows how far along you are and how many orders or which rating you still need for the next rank.
- Your rank icon is shown next to your profile photo, so businesses see it straight away.
- Businesses can filter by Rank on Find Creators.
Good to know: your rank can also go down, for example if your average rating drops below the threshold of your rank. If you move up or down a rank, you will receive a notification and an email.
