  • Creators - Quality Assurance

At UGC.NL, the quality of our creators matters to us. That's why we take a number of measures, so clients can always count on good creators.

    In short

    • Every new profile is checked manually first.
    • Your response time is visible to clients.
    • If you're offline for 30 days, your portfolio packages are temporarily set to inactive.
    How does approval work?

After you register, you're not immediately visible on Find Creators. First you upload your highlight video and at least one portfolio video. Then our team checks your profile manually for quality and professionalism. Only once you've been approved are you visible to clients.

Why does your response time matter?

We keep track of how quickly you respond to messages from clients on average. Your response time is shown on your profile under Performance, together with your completed orders and how often you delivered on time. Clients also see your response time in the chat.

This lets clients decide for themselves whether they want to start a conversation with you. So responding quickly increases your chances of getting orders.

What happens if you're offline for a long time?

We also look at how active you are on the platform:

    • If you're offline for 20 days, you receive a reminder by email.
    • If you're offline for 30 days, we set your portfolio packages (Basic, Standard and Premium) to inactive.

Your profile stays visible and clients can still send you a message. They just can't order those packages directly any more. As soon as you're online again, your packages are automatically reactivated.

Tip: going on holiday or short on time? Turn off your availability yourself. Read how in How do I turn off my availability?
