Turning a package on or off
Don't want to offer the Standard or Premium package for a while? Then turn off the Active switch above the package. The Basic package is always on and cannot be turned off.
Good to know: haven't been online for 30 days? Then we automatically set your packages to inactive. As soon as you are online again, they become active again automatically. Read more in How do I turn off my availability?
Want to offer something tailor-made?
None of your packages match what a business wants? Then send a tailor-made offer in the chat. Read how in How do I offer a custom package?
Good to know: the price of a package, for example €59, is the amount a brand pays you. You don't pay anything yourself for your packages.

Creators - How do I turn off my availability?
Going on holiday or don't want to take on new orders for a while? Then temporarily turn off your availability. That way, businesses know you are away for a bit.
How do you turn off your availability?
- Go to My portfolio.
- Find the Available switch at the top.
- Turn the switch off.
The change takes effect immediately. Want to receive orders again? Simply turn the switch back on.
What happens when your availability is off?
- You are no longer shown on the Find Creators page.
- Businesses can no longer order your packages directly.
- So you won't receive new orders through your packages.
- Your ongoing orders remain visible and continue as usual.
As long as your availability is off, you will see the message Set yourself to available on your dashboard.
Please note: the deadlines of your ongoing orders still apply. Can't deliver on time? Then read What if I miss the deadline?
What if you haven't been online for a long time?
Even if you leave your availability on, we check whether you are active:
- Haven't been online for 20 days? Then we send you a reminder email.
- Haven't been online for 30 days? Then we set your Basic, Standard and Premium packages to inactive. Your profile stays visible and businesses can still send you a message, but they can no longer order your packages directly.
As soon as you are online again, your packages become active again automatically.

Creators - What is my portfolio?
Your portfolio is your public profile. This is what businesses see when they click on your profile via the Find Creators page. It helps them quickly decide whether you are a good fit for their project.
In short
- You show a highlight video and up to 3 portfolio videos.
- You only become visible with a highlight video and at least 1 portfolio video.
- You can add up to 6 photos.
- Businesses see your performance, packages and reviews.
What do you see yourself?
In your portfolio, you also see things that only you can see:
- The Available switch, which lets you temporarily turn off your visibility, for example while you are on holiday.
- How often your profile has been visited.
- How often businesses have added you to their favourites.
This way, you stay in control of your availability and see how your profile is doing. Read more about the switch in How do I turn off my availability?
Which videos and photos do you show?
- Highlight video: this is the video businesses see on the Find Creators page. Show your best UGC video here.
- Portfolio videos: up to 3 videos that show what kind of content you make, the quality of your work and your style.
- Photos: up to 6 photos of content you have created for brands.
To be visible to businesses, you need at least the highlight video and one portfolio video. Choose videos that clearly show what a business can expect from you.
Please note: showing social media channels in your videos is not allowed. Your bio under About me may not contain links or social media channels either. Read why in Stay Protected: The Off-Platform Policy for Creators.
What do businesses see?
When a business opens your portfolio, they see, among other things:
- Your Performance: the number of completed orders, the percentage you delivered on time and your response time.
- Your bio under About me.
- The packages you offer.
- Reviews from previous collaborations.
- Your Details, such as languages and niches.
This gives businesses a complete picture of you before they get in touch. Read how to adjust your packages in How do I change my packages?
What do you fill in under Details?
Under Details, you enter your languages and niches. You can also add extra information. This is optional, but it helps businesses find you faster:
- Physical characteristics: Ethnicity, Body type, Hair type and Beard.
- Lifestyle and Sport.
- Advertising options: for example Partnership Ads or Spark Ads.
- Content options: the types of content you can make, such as shoots in lingerie or swimwear, on location or together with a partner or friend.
Businesses can filter on these characteristics on Find Creators. The more complete your profile, the easier you are to find.
Can you share your order videos yourself?
Yes. You may post videos you made for an order on your own Instagram or TikTok and show them in your portfolio on UGC.NL. Even if the brand is in them.
