Creators - When will i be paid?

As soon as an order has been completed and approved, we schedule the payment for the next payout round. That way you always know where you stand.

When will you be paid?

The payout round takes place every Monday. We then pay out all orders that were completed in the previous week. Because payments are sent from Ireland, it can take a few business days before the money is in your account.

Example: an order completed in week 1 is paid out on Monday of week 2.

How much do you receive?

The commission UGC.NL charges depends on your rank. The higher your rank, the more you keep.

Status of your payments

You can find all your payments in your dashboard. A payment has one of these statuses:

• In progress: will automatically be included in the next payout round.
• Paid out: the money has been transferred to your account.

Paid securely via Stripe

We process all payments through our payment partner Stripe. Stripe makes sure payments are made securely and in line with the applicable rules. How quickly the money shows up also depends on your bank.

Do you only complete your KYC after the Monday payout round? Then we will pay you within 3 business days after your KYC has been completed.

Good to know: has your KYC been completed, so you no longer see the message Additional information required, and is the money still not in your account on the Thursday or Friday after the payout round? Then create a support ticket.
