Haven't received a payment yet? Usually this is because Stripe still needs some details from you (KYC), or because your order hasn't been included in a payout round yet. Below, you can read how to check and fix this.
In short
- We pay out every Monday for orders with the status Completed.
- Your KYC details must be complete and approved.
- After the payout round, the money is in your account within a few business days.
Has your order been completed?
We only pay out orders with the status Completed. Is your order still Delivered? Then the business has 72 hours to approve or reject your delivery or request a revision. If the business does nothing, the order is approved automatically after 72 hours.
Completed orders that are waiting for the next payout round are shown on your dashboard under In progress. Read what the statuses mean in What do the order statuses mean?
Are KYC details missing?
Before we can pay out, your details must be fully verified. This can include:
- Your bank details
- Your identity verification
- Your Chamber of Commerce details (for a business account)
- Additional documents
As long as these details are missing or not yet approved, your payout is temporarily paused.
How do you complete your details?
- Log in to your dashboard.
- Look for the message Additional information required.
- Click Complete details.
- Fill in the requested details and submit everything for review.
Read why this check is needed in Know your customers (KYC).
When will you receive your payment?
We pay out every Monday. Was your KYC not completed yet on that Monday? Then your payment is on hold. As soon as your KYC has been completed, we will pay you within 3 business days. Read more in When will I be paid?
Please note: do you see the message Your Stripe account has been rejected on your dashboard? Then we can't pay you out. In that case, please contact our support team.
Payments via Stripe
We process all payments through our payment partner Stripe. Stripe handles verification and payouts in line with the applicable laws and regulations. That's why it's important that all your KYC details are correct and complete.
Has your KYC been completed and is the money still not in your account on the Thursday or Friday after the payout round? Then create a support ticket.
