When a client purchases a package, this process proceeds in a structured and efficient manner. This ensures that both the client and the creator can start the collaboration well prepared.
After clicking Continue or accepting via the chat function, you arrive at the payment screen. Here you indicate whether you have chosen a physical or digital product, as this affects the execution of your order. You also need to specify how long you want to use it, for example for advertisements. This determines the usage rights and provides clarity about your usage period.
Including a script, briefing, and example material
During the ordering process, the client has the option to provide a script, briefing, and example file (if chosen). This helps the creator to get a clear picture of the client’s expectations and style preferences.
- Script: If the content includes textual elements, the client can provide a ready-made script for the creator to follow.
- Briefing: Here the client can specify which guidelines, tone of voice, and specific wishes apply to the assignment.
- Example file: This can be a previously made video, image, or other visual material that serves as a reference for the creator.
- Track & Trace If a physical product has been chosen, the client has the option to add a Track & Trace for the creator. This field is not available for a digital product/service.
Confirmation and shipping information
After confirming the order, the client receives the creator’s address. This is especially useful if physical products are needed for the assignment. The client can send these products directly so the creator can use them when creating the content. The shipping costs for the products are the responsibility of the client.
Activity chat
Afterwards, the client and creator can discuss the assignment via the "Activity" chat. Some important features are available here:
Receipt of product/service
The creator must confirm via the Activity chat that the product has been received correctly and in good condition. Only after this confirmation does the delivery time of the order officially start.
Watermark
All files delivered through this chat automatically receive a watermark to protect the creator.
Deadline
The creator has the option to adjust the deadline once, if necessary. The client must then accept or reject this change.
Delivery
Once the client indicates satisfaction, the creator can proceed with delivering the final assignment. This is done via the "Delivery" tab, where the creator uploads the final product.
The client then automatically receives a notification and can view the file with a watermark. After acceptance, the watermark disappears and the video or files can be downloaded in original quality.
The client can request a revision of the files via the "Revision" button. This gives the creator the opportunity to provide a new version of the work.
Reviews
After canceling, rejecting, or accepting an assignment, the client has the opportunity to rate the creator. The review is based on three components: communication, quality, and delivery time.
There is also space for an additional comment. The given rating contributes to the creator’s average score, which influences the ranking in which the creator is placed.
