Within UGC.NL, companies can easily adjust their profile settings through various tabs.
Profile
In the Profile tab, companies can update their basic information, such as:
- First and last name of the contact person.
- Email for communication and login.
- Profile picture for the company.
- Niches – selection from one of the niches.
Finance
In the Finance tab, companies can adjust their financial details, such as:
- Chamber of Commerce (CoC) company name and address details.
- Adding a VAT number.
- Adjusting the billing email if desired.
Security
Through this tab, companies can easily change their password.
Notifications
The Notifications tab allows companies to enable or disable certain alerts. Some notifications, such as billing emails and credit notes, cannot be disabled. It is also possible to disable the last seen status & online status for the chat function. Additionally, you can turn off the sound for notifications here.
Other
In the Other tab, companies can delete their account or unsubscribe from the newsletter to stop receiving marketing emails.
