Brands - How long does an assignment usually take?

How long an assignment takes depends on the delivery time of the package you choose. You can see that delivery time in advance for every package, so you know exactly where you stand.

Which delivery times are there?

For each package, creators choose one of these delivery times:

• 1–2 days
• 3–5 days
• 6–8 days
• 9–12 days

Which delivery time fits depends on the assignment and the creator. Read what else is included in a package in What do creators offer?

When does the delivery time start?

• Digital product or service: the deadline starts right after payment.
• Physical product: the deadline only starts once the creator has confirmed that the product has been received.

Coordinating via the chat

Via the chat, you and the creator can:

• discuss the preferred delivery date;
• align expectations;
• agree on a custom package with a different delivery time.

Good to know: the creator can change the deadline once per order. You'll then receive a request that you can accept or reject. If you reject it, the original deadline stays in place.
