Brands - How do I provide assignment information?

After payment, you add all the information the creator needs to the order, such as the product name, briefing, script and attachments. That way, the creator can get started straight away.

How do you fill in the assignment information?

1. Go to Orders and click View next to the order.
2. Open the Details tab.
3. Under Job, fill in the Product name, the Briefing and the Script.
4. If you like, upload examples or documents under Attachments.
5. Click Save and confirm your choice.

Please note: the product name, briefing and script can't be changed after saving. So check your text carefully before you save.

What if the creator writes the script and briefing?

If the package includes Script & briefing, the creator writes the script and briefing themselves. Instead of the Briefing and Script fields, you'll then see the message "The creator creates a script & briefing." So you don't need to fill in anything here. You can still add the product name and attachments.

What do you fill in for a physical product?

Are you sending a product to the creator? Then the Details tab also shows a Track & Trace section. There you can:

• indicate whether the creator may keep the product (May the creator keep the product?);
• upload a Return label if the product needs to be returned;
• enter the Track & Trace code, so the creator knows when the parcel will arrive;
• view the creator's Delivery address.

Good to know: for a physical product, the deadline only starts once the creator has confirmed receipt of your product. Read more in When does the deadline start?

What happens after saving?

• The creator sees the information in the order straight away.
• A new briefing is marked as unread for the creator, so they don't miss anything.
• The creator can start the assignment.

You can still add attachments later. You can also change the Track & Trace code and whether the creator may keep the product later on.
