Brands - How do I receive the creator’s address?

Did you choose a physical product when ordering? Then you'll automatically see the creator's address after payment, so you can send the product straight away.

Where can you find the address?

1. Go to Orders and open the order with View.
2. Go to the Details tab.
3. Open the Track & Trace section. Under Delivery address you'll see the creator's name, email address and address.

Please note: always double-check the delivery address with the creator before you send anything, for example via the Activity chat. Preferably ship with Track & Trace.

What else do you fill in under Track & Trace?

• May the creator keep the product? Choose Yes or No, the product must be returned. Does the product need to come back? Then you arrange the return label yourself: upload it here or agree on it with the creator.
• Track & Trace code: enter the code or link of your shipment, so the creator knows when the parcel will arrive.

When is the address visible?

The address is only shown if:

• the order has been paid, and
• you chose a physical product.

No address is shown for digital products.

Good to know: as the brand, you pay the shipping costs. The deadline only starts once the creator has confirmed receipt of the product. Read more in When does the deadline start?

Good to know: is the address under Details no longer correct? Then the creator may share the correct address in the chat. Sharing an address for shipping is allowed. A phone number is not.
