On a creator's profile you can see how their posts perform organically on Instagram and TikTok, with figures such as followers, views per post and engagement. This helps you quickly choose a creator with the reach and audience that suit your brand.
In short
- Organic performance is free. You don't need to connect anything yourself.
- You'll find the figures in the Organic performance tab on a creator's profile.
- In Find creators you can filter by followers, views per post and engagement.
How does it work?
Creators connect their own Instagram and/or TikTok account to UGC.NL. We then automatically retrieve their latest figures every day. You don't need to do anything: every business account can view the figures for free.
Good to know: contact and agreements with creators always go through UGC.NL, even when you view their socials. Read more in Stay Protected: The Off-Platform Policy for Brands.
Where can you find the figures?
Open a creator's profile and click the Organic performance tab. Has the creator connected both Instagram and TikTok? Then switch between Instagram and TikTok at the top.
The creator cards in Find creators also show the number of followers per platform. If a creator hasn't connected an account yet, the Organic performance tab is greyed out and you can't open it yet.
Which statistics do you see?
The tab consists of four sections:
- Content performance: the average views per post and engagement per post (likes, comments, shares and saves) over the last 30 posts, and the expected CPM.
- Latest posts: for each post the views, the engagement and the ERV (engagement rate by views): the number of interactions divided by the number of views.
- Audience: the top countries, top cities and the age & gender breakdown of the followers. This is only available for Instagram.
- Account insights: the number of followers, the number of posts per month over the past 3 months, and the reach rate (Instagram) or the total likes (TikTok).
What is the expected CPM? CPM stands for cost per mille: what you pay per 1,000 views. We calculate it from the price of the creator's Organic post add-on and the average number of views per post. Doesn't the creator offer an organic post on that platform? Then you'll see a dash.
How do you filter in Find creators?
- Go to Find creators.
- Under the Organic performance filter, choose Instagram or TikTok.
- Use the sliders to set what you're looking for: Followers, Avg. views per post and Engagement (ERV).
You'll then only see creators who match your criteria.
Want the creator to post your video too?
Then choose the Organic post add-on when you order a package or place a job post. The creator will then also post the video on their own Instagram and/or TikTok. This happens after you've approved the order. You'll then find the link to the post in your order under Details.
Want something tailored, such as more posts or only TikTok? Then start a chat with the creator. The creator can send you a custom package that includes an organic post.
Where do the figures come from?
The figures come straight from Instagram and TikTok, through the connection the creator made themselves. We update them automatically every day. If a creator disconnects their account, the figures disappear from the profile.
