Does none of your fixed packages match exactly what a client is looking for? Then send a custom package in the chat: a tailored offer for this client. Your fixed packages simply stay as they are.
In short
- In the chat, click the package icon with the plus sign.
- Choose Portfolio package (an existing package) or Custom package (a tailored offer).
- As long as the client has not paid yet, you can edit or withdraw the offer.
How do you send a package in the chat?
- Go to Messages and open the chat with the client.
- Click the package icon with the plus sign.
- Choose one of the options:
- Portfolio package: share an existing package from your portfolio.
- Custom package: create a custom offer for this client.
Sharing a portfolio package
If you choose Portfolio package, click one of your existing packages to share it in the chat. These are the packages you have set up in your portfolio (Basic, Standard and Premium). You can read how to change them in How do I change my packages?
Creating a custom package
If you choose Custom package, you put together a new package for this job step by step. Among other things, you fill in:
- a short description;
- the number of videos, the length per video and the number of hooks;
- the number of product photos;
- extra options, such as Video editing or Raw content;
- the number of revisions and the delivery time;
- the price (excl. VAT).
Check the summary and click Send package. This package is only visible to this client and does not become a fixed package in your portfolio.
What happens after sending?
- The client sees the package in the chat straight away.
- The client can accept the offer and pay right away.
- After payment, you will see the View order button in the chat and the order appears in Orders.
Can you still edit or withdraw a package?
Yes, as long as the client has not paid yet:
- Edit: adjust the offer.
- Withdraw offer: take the offer back. The client can then no longer pay for it.
